Exchanges

If your piece does not fit quite right, we offer an exchange for resizing. You simply cover the shipping costs to send it back. Here is how to start a resize request: Simply email us at connect@solidandrefined.com with your order number and your updated wrist measurement.

Crafting and Processing Time

Because each bracelet is custom fit and hand assembled, please allow 1 to 3 business days for crafting before your order ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
