Please allow 1 to 3 business days for crafting before your order ships. Once your piece is ready, you will receive a notification with your tracking details.

I currently ship within the United States only. I offer Free Shipping on every bracelet. No surprise costs at checkout. I do not ship overseas at this time.

If your piece does not fit quite right, we offer an exchange for resizing. You simply cover the shipping costs to send it back. Here is how to start a resize request: Simply email us at connect@solidandrefined.com with your order number and your updated wrist measurement.

Each piece is bonded using Loctite Professional heavy duty adhesive. This industrial grade cyanoacrylate is chosen because it works faster and holds stronger than ordinary glues, providing superior performance and a permanent bond between the leather and the magnetic clasp.

I source the leather and magnetic clasps from trusted suppliers in China. Solid & Refined is about quality control. I personally inspect every component for durability and premium feel. These materials do not arrive preassembled. Your bracelet is hand assembled and custom fit to order.

I have personally tested my bracelets through heavy workouts and even a steam sauna, and the bracelet held strong. However, water and leather don’t mix. While the bracelet is tough enough to handle occasional sweat, removing it before showering, swimming, or the sauna will ensure the leather maintains its premium texture. More importantly, keeping it dry protects the bond of the clasp and ensures the bracelet stays together for the long haul.
