If you don’t love your bracelet, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Item must be in the original condition. Once it is received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Just email to connect@solidandrefined.com to start the process.

If your bracelet doesn’t fit the way it should, we offer an exchange. You simply cover the return shipping. To start the request, email to connect@solidandrefined.com with your order number. Send us your wrist measurement (skin to skin).
