How do I get an accurate wrist measurement?

Use our printable measuring strip to measure your wrist before ordering. A flexible tape measure works too.

How long before my order ships?

Orders are typically assembled and shipped within 1-2 business days.

What if I order the wrong size?

We offer size exchanges if your bracelet doesn't fit the way it should. You simply cover the return shipping cost.

Will the clasp hold up?

Yes. Each bracelet features a secure magnetic stainless steel clasp. The clasp and leather are bonded together with a strong adhesive for added durability.

Who assembles the bracelets?

Each bracelet is assembled by hand in Illinois by a machinist, not a dropshipping company.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Can I wear this while working or at the gym?

Yes. The bracelets are made for everyday wear. To help keep the leather in good condition, remove your bracelet before showering, swimming, or using a sauna.
